Delivery
We will make every effort to deliver your item ASAP typically 5-7 working days from payment confirmation. From time to time, certain items may run out of stock and may mean slight delays in re-stocking and further delivery. We shall make every effort to notify and keep informed customers that may experience longer than the standard delivery. All prices mentioned include delivery in New Zealand only.
If an item becomes discontinued after order receipt, the customer shall be
contacted and money refunded.
Exchanges of Damaged or Defective Items
We will exchange items that are defective or damaged. Once received, items that are determined to be faulty under the warranty conditions provided with each product, shall be replaced with a unit from our warranty stock. Please note that the replacement unit may not be new.

Returns Policy
When you shop with us, we want you to be completely satisfied. For a 10 day maximum period from date of purchase, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase and providing the product has not been used and is in the condition and packaging in which it was despactched from our premises, you may return it for a replacement with goods of equivialent value. Please telephone 0800 88 9453 to inform us of your decision.
How do I return a package?
If goods are damaged in transit please call us first ( 0800 88 9453) and then return the goods as below instructions:
Simply attach a label to the outside of your package and send the package via New Zealand Post or insured parcel post. Please first remove the old label from the packaging or make sure that the returns label covers the old one.
Please also include a copy of your delivery receipt of Invoice.

All damaged goods remain your responsibility unless receipt was declined by you due to damage in transit. You can use the box the items arrived in or another box, if you prefer. Affix a shipping label to the outside of the box.

Lost Your Packing Slip?
Dont worry! If you ordered the item yourself, you can still return it to our RETURNS DEPARTMENT. What if the item was given to you as a gift, and you dont have the packing slip or the order number? No problem. Enclose a separate sheet of paper noting the name and e-mail address of the person who purchased the gift, along with the reason for your return, and send the package to the appropriate address below:
