What can I cook in the Pizza Maker?
The stone base is designed to cook crisp pizzas. You can use either a freshly made yeast-based pizza crust or freshly made scone recipe pizza base. You can also use pitta bread, mountain bread, ready-made chilled bases from the supermarket or food store, frozen ready-made bases, tortilla or even cook small scones or mini pizza. The diameter of the stone is 30 cm.
How do I clean the Pizza Maker?
Cleaning is easy, simply wipe down the oven with a damp cloth. To clean the stone simply scrape off any baked on food with a scraper before wiping with a damp cloth or paper towel. DO NOT USE ANY DETERGENTS, WATER OR OILS ON THE STONE - wipe down with a damp cloth.
How do I know when the Pizza Maker is ready to use?
Your Pizza Maker oven has a three-level temperature control, simply turn the knob on to the medium heat setting and pre-heat. This should only take around 5 minutes. Your indicator light will switch off – then get cooking!
My food is cooking too quickly, why?
Simply turn the temperature control knob down to slow the cooking process.
My stone has turned a darker colour?
Do not worry if your stone has turned a darker colour this means that your stone is nicely seasoned. With time your stone will get darker adding to the flavor of your pizzas.
How long will the Pizza Maker take to be delivered?
